L'appartement est bien situé au centre ville, proche de nombreux commerces et parkings gratuits. Les clients ont apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et ont trouvé l'appartement bien équipé avec une belle vue et terrasse agréable. De plus, le lit était confortable et il était possible de ranger les vélos en sécurité à l'intérieur.
Le choix de restaurants était limité à cette période de l'année, mais les clients ont facilement pu se faire à manger.
