L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique car il est situé au centre-ville, à proximité de nombreuses commodités. De plus, il y a des places de parking gratuites disponibles à proximité, ce qui est un avantage. Le studio est spacieux avec une jolie vue et une terrasse agréable pour profiter d'un bon petit-déjeuner au calme. De plus, le propriétaire est très accueillant et l'appartement est bien équipé pour répondre aux besoins de deux personnes.
Il y a un manque de choix de restaurants dans les environs, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour certains.
